What the website collects
Inquiry form
If you send an inquiry, we collect the details you type: your name, organisation, email address, the category of your inquiry, your message, and, if you choose to give it, a telephone number. The form also asks you to confirm that we may use these details to respond.
The form sends your inquiry from our server by email to a Numadelic mailbox. To reduce spam, the server also checks a hidden field, a signed time token and the number of recent submissions from your internet connection. For the rate check it keeps a short-lived record that is derived from your IP address by one-way hashing and expires within an hour.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first and the analytics will be privacy-conscious and described here.
Hosting records
Our web host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, time and the page requested, for security and operation. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Third-party resources
Pages for publications that contain mathematics may load the KaTeX typesetting library from the jsDelivr content network. When that happens your browser contacts jsDelivr and your IP address is visible to it. Other pages load no third-party resources.
Why we use it and the legal basis
We use inquiry details only to read and reply to your inquiry and to deal with any follow-up you ask for. We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Who sees it
Inquiries go to the Numadelic mailbox and are handled by people at Numadelic. They are handled by our email provider and web host as processors. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, then delete them. Retention period to be set by Numadelic (for example 12 or 24 months) and written here.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw consent. Write to the privacy contact above. Grievance contact details to be added if required.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The inquiry endpoint validates input, limits abuse and does not store submissions on the web server. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information in a first message.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We will update this page when practice changes. The date below is the date the site was built.
